Bogus rain throws wrench
As I walked from my vehicle along Devine St. on Saturday afternoon, I watched a small dark cloud form near ground level and rise behind an apartment building — like something from Ghostbusters. A few drops of rain splattered on the Columbia sidewalk.
It would make sense to turn around and head home. Instead, I continued into the festival area where I found a tent, and waited out the storm.
