FREE PHOTOGRAPHY MENTORSHIP (3 MONTHS)

Three (3) personal photography project mentorships are available in early 2026 at no cost to the students. Applications are due on April 1 and photographers will be selected for a three month online mentorship with photojournalist Sean Rayford by May 15, 2026.

These mentorships are for photojournalists documentary photographers who are currently working on a personal project or those looking for help discovering and executing a personal project. I’ll be launching a more comprehensive mentorship paid services later this year.

About your mentor: Sean Rayford is a freelance photojournalist based in the South Carolina capital with more than 25 years experience. Rayford regularly works with The New York Times, Getty Images, The Associated Press and many others. He has experience in self publishing and working with small newspapers.
