Virginia’s Zack Gelof and Alex Tappen delivered eighth inning home runs to lead the Cavaliers over Dallas Baptist in game 2 of the NCAA super regional series in Columbia, SC on Sunday afternoon. Pitcher Griff McGarry struck out ten, while only allowing two hits. They’ll play again tomorrow to determine who’ll make the trip to Omaha for the College World Series.
